I have used Just Cloud for a while. I had really good service, and I really did not have any problems. This month my account was charged twice. I informed Just Cloud immediately, but I am having the worst time with their customer service. They have been debiting my account for a while, and now I need to provide them all this information about their error. They initiated the funds request. They should have record of how many times it went through, and that they were paid twice. I am extremely frustrated, and I am considering cancelling my account. They are either incompetent or keep extremely poor customer records.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! I paid for 1 year of service and my backup stalled after 1 month. I tried to work with the support team for months (while having no backup) to fix the problem via email. BE WARNED - THEY OFFER NO PHONE SUPPORT! They would constantly email back with what were essentially form letters that did not address my problem. I did everything I could on my end (this happened on a 2011 MacBook Pro) and consider myself to be very computer savvy. I wrote over a dozen emails clearly stating the problem and the responses were always irrelevant. Most of them very politely stated that I needed to be patient with my initial backup, though I made it clear in every email that my initial backup had been completed a month ago and that was not the issue. It was very clear that I was going to get no real support and that the emails were simply to shut me up. The support staff confirmed I was running the latest version of the program, but I decided to try downloading it again (at least my third time) and my backup suddenly started working. However, the services had changed. I contacted them and they told me that I would have to pay extra for services that I had when I initially signed up, even though I had signed up for 1 year of service! This is a HORRIBLE company! I finally decided I'd had enough of dealing with this company and asked for my money back. After ~2 months of emails, I FINALLY got a phone number from someone. However, when I called they informed me that they only have a 30-day money back guarantee. Since my backup worked for about 40 days, I would get no refund for my year of payment. After threatening to contact the Better Business Bureau (which I plan to do), they finally agreed to giving me roughly 1/2 my money back. I got ONE month of service and fought them for an additional two. BE WARNED - this company does not care about your satisfaction and they will give you robotic responses via email if you do encounter any problems. It will become a huge a headache.

These guys are awesome i've used them for a month and never had anything go wrong. Their support team is quick to respond and my backups are quick too because you can just use the drag and drop screen to back up instantly.

I had a terrible experience with this firm. First, the program kept breaking and then after 10 days of them not answering me. I canceled my account after that they answered me. so, I try this again after them assured me the problem was fixed. Sure enough the program broken first day. after another week, they fix the program for one day. They told me that I had too much data and i had to upgrade to the business account. I had the unlimited home user and they said that they can't support my unlimited account. I would have to upgrade. I got my money back. They suck in support and backup. I ended up going with backblaze far better much happier.

My company uses DriveHQ cloud IT service. It is quite different from cloud storage service. We use DriveHQ as our file server (and FTP server, email server, web server). The group account service allows creating different user types, and we can share different folders to different sub-users or sub-groups with different permissions. The software is fast and easy to use, in many ways it works better than our old file server. If it is for business, you definitely should try this service. I think every SMB should use DriveHQ, indeed huge savings!

The service is good. Everything works as the way it is supposed to. But the features are limited. An advanced user can't really tinker around much, but of course, it makes it very easy for the average user.

Zipcloud has been a complete joke. I bought a year of service almost a month ago and have yet to be able to load any file to my upload account. I have tried manually specifying my upload files, reinstalled the software, and nothing works. I sent them an email about cancelling my service and was offered two months free service if I stuck with them. Well two months of nothing is still nothing. The real joke was when I received an email from Zipcloud Customer Service that stated my backup was running well, when it wasn't doing anything. I still don't understand why they can't just fix the problem, but all I have received so far are promises that have not been kept. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
