The service is good. Everything works as the way it is supposed to. But the features are limited. An advanced user can't really tinker around much, but of course, it makes it very easy for the average user.

Zipcloud has been a complete joke. I bought a year of service almost a month ago and have yet to be able to load any file to my upload account. I have tried manually specifying my upload files, reinstalled the software, and nothing works. I sent them an email about cancelling my service and was offered two months free service if I stuck with them. Well two months of nothing is still nothing. The real joke was when I received an email from Zipcloud Customer Service that stated my backup was running well, when it wasn't doing anything. I still don't understand why they can't just fix the problem, but all I have received so far are promises that have not been kept. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

The backup took forever - like 3 days to complete. I had a ton of photos to backup, and I guess I wasnt expecting the backup to take so long. But other than that Just Cloud works as promised.

I am still using the free trial - but no doubt I will converting. I had some issues with downloading the app, but that was my ISP's fault. My files are backed up and stored safely in the cloud. It does what it says it would do.

Pretty straight forward as far as cloud backups go. I had an issue because it wasn't backing up my outlook email file, I contacted support and they instructed on how to rectify that. I have been using them for a month now and while I have not needed the backup I am glad I have it and I hope I never do need it.

Very easy sign up process, the backup process took a bit longer than I would have liked, but i do have a lot of data. I keep all my important stuff im my sync folder right on my desktop - works like a charm. I can even login from my cell phone and grab a photo I have stored in zipcloud - no complaints.

I had a terrible experience with this firm. First, my files would not upload properly; then I asked support to close my opened account so I could try this again since support was unable to resolve the problem. They said they could not delete files and I would need to wait a week. I could not delete my files that their site showed I had uploaded. Next, support apologized, saying to be patient; they were experiencing problems. Finally they agreed to refund my 2 year paid subscription to my PayPal account. Responses from support took over 48 hrs at times! How can one have any confidence with them?

The worst experience with a service provider. The system was continually non operational and couldn't sync properly with my file updates. Support wasn't able to do anything. Worse, these guys renewed my annual subscription even though I wanted to cancel it. And they won't reimburse for a service I will not get. Follow my advice,Dont Go with Live Drive !
